Ontario will begin accepting applications for the Employer Job Offer: for foreign workers on July 21.
To be eligible to become a permanent resident in this category, the candidate needs to receive a job offer from an employer in the province of Ontario. The flow of foreign workers is now available to candidates living in Ontario and abroad.
OINP announced that applicants must submit the latest version of the "Employer Form". Otherwise, the application will be returned on grounds of incomplete records. This change is consistent with the current economic and employment conditions, due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic. However, if candidates can register in time tomorrow, they will have 14 days to complete and apply. With this time, the candidate can upload an update of the Employer Form.
ONIP also made modifications at the Regulatory Compliance Information in Part B of the Employer Form. In particular, the situation of compliance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act 2000 and the Occupational Health and Safety Act of Ontario will also be mentioned in this section. Be careful for your employer to review the information listed in the Employer Form and respond accurately to avoid unnecessary delays in processing your application.
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is expecting a wave of users accessing the portal tomorrow. They suggest that users may be present in the priority queue. The system will automatically stop new registrations when the applicant limit is reached. Those who subscribe to this stream must access the OINP Portal directly from the government website. OINP recommends not using a mobile phone to apply. This process may take about three hours to complete.
In the event of technical problems or applications affected by system maintenance, OINP encourages applicants to contact their email address directly: firstname.lastname@example.org and include a screenshot. screen, showing the time and date stamp along with details about how the error occurred.
The e-Filing system will be undergoing maintenance starting tonight, July 20 at 5 p.m. EST until July 21. No end time is given. OINP will not accept applications or applications during this time. Anyone who has an application affected by system maintenance should contact OINP at their email address.
